Final Sales
All sales of jewelry, beauty cosmetic products, and items marked as “Sale” are final.
FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.
For all other items, to be eligible for an exchange, credit or refund as described below,
the merchandise must be returned unworn with tags and intact and must be accompanied by the original return form.
Holiday Return Policy
Purchases made from fourth (4th) Thursday in November to December 25, fall under our Holiday Return Policy.
These returns must be sent back to Pretty Plus Clothing within 35 days from the date your order was originally received. Please note that the Return Label is not pre-paid, therefore, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping charges are NOT refundable. All returned items must include the original tags and must be accompanied by the original invoice. FINAL SALES: All sales of jewelry, beauty cosmetic products, and items marked as “Sale” are final.
*Customers will be responsible for the reshipment fee if returned items do not meet the requirements stated above.
Non-Holiday Return Policy
Returns must be sent back to Pretty Plus Clothing within 3 days from the date your order was originally received. Please note that the Return Label is not pre-paid, therefore, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping charges are NOT refundable. All returned items must be in the state you received them with all packaging, include the original tags still attached, and must be accompanied by the original invoice.
*Customers will be responsible for the reshipment fee if returned items do not meet the requirements stated above.
Instruction for Return or Exchange by Mail
Your package must include the original order invoice. Please complete the “Return Form” section by placing a check mark in the Return or Exchange box. Pack and seal your return merchandise securely and mail it to us. Please note that the Return Label is not pre-paid, therefore you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Returns and Exchanges within Pretty Plus Clothing Store
Items may be returned or exchanged within Pretty Plus Clothing store within the 21 days from the date the order was originally received.
A refund for an item that is returned to the Pretty Plus Clothing retail store will be issued store credit only.
Instructions for an in Store Return or Exchange
Your package must include the original order invoice. Please provide the original invoice with the item(s) and original tags intact.
You can exchange your item(s) for any other items in the store provided the total is of equal or lesser value. Any additional cost will be charged separately. If your exchange is for less than the amount of your items, then you will be issued store credit that can be used in store.
Pretty Plus stores may refuse a return at the discretion of the store representative if it is determined that the item is not in its original condition.

prettplusclothing.org accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders are processed Monday through Friday in the order they are received and shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day. All orders are shipped from our location in Gadsden, Alabama via USPS. Pretty Plus Clothing ships to all 50 U.S. states
